Diamond Status for Westcon-Comstor UC&S solutions practice

Westcon-Comstor, the value-added technology distributor of category-leading solutions in security, collaboration, networking and data centre, today announced that its Unified Communications and Collaboration Solutions Practice has been awarded Diamond status in the highly respected Avaya Edge Partner Program.
This is the highest level that can be achieved in the program and demonstrates excellence in customer centricity whilst providing exceptional value-added services around the Avaya solutions portfolio.
The new level recognises the practice’s commitment to service excellence within the Avaya Edge Distributor Program Track. To achieve Diamond status the company must meet strident requirements for customer satisfaction and demonstrate a proven track record in working with its channel partners to deliver complex projects across the entire Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region.
