Westcon-Comstor Southern Africa appoints technical support agents
Westcon-Comstor Southern Africa is pleased to announce that it has appointed Shoki Aphane and Michael Thaleni as technical support agents within its services solutions division.
The value-added distributor says that these appointments signify its focus on providing customers and resellers with further insight and assistance from product experts.
Aphane has previously worked as a cloud pre-sales engineer and recently completed her year-long Microsoft Internship at WestconGroup. During her internship Aphane completed three Microsoft certificates including the MCPS: Microsfot Professional Certification, MS: Designing and providing Microsoft and SAM-Software Asset Management certifications. She has also obtained her Diploma in IT from the University of South Africa and is currently completing her Bachelor of Technology.
Thaleni joins Westcon-Comstor Southern Africa from his position as a systems engineer for Forest Technologies. In 2013, he completed his National Diploma in Business Information Technology at Rosebank College. At Westcon-Comstor Southern Africa he will be responsible for Cloud Service Provider (CSP) support for Microsoft Azure and Office 365 clients.
